With extensive work experience in marketing and insurance, Ms. Jennifer Chang has worked as our director since 2003. In 2001, she joined Mr. Robert Tsai in visiting prisons, schools, and children’s homes all over Taiwan to offer assistance to young people in need, and they continued to work together for the establishment of our foundation in 2003.

As our director, Ms. Chang has written a series of books to develop young people’s respectfulness, compassion, wisdom, and gratefulness. Moreover, she produces and hosts live shows on SOL TV, our YouTube channel. Since 2019, she has been invited by the Ministry of Education to participate as a judge of the President’s Education Awards. While helping more and more young people realize their Buddha nature, Ms. Chang has also set an example of lifelong learning for young people by completing an EMBA program in 2022.
