A Mid-Autumn Charity Sale

Mr. Robert Tsai, our chairman, felt honored to be invited by Mr. Roger Lee, Chairman of Cathay United Bank Foundation, to a mid-autumn charity sale jointly organized by UBS AG Taipei and Cathay United Bank Foundation. Mr. Tsai was glad to meet the friends from Down Syndrome Foundation ROC, Happy Mount Colony, and St. Anne’s Home and to learn from each other. After being introduced by Mr. Lee, Mr. Tsai also shared some of his life stories with the audience. All the charities attending the charity sale were grateful to Cathay United Bank Foundation for the donation of NT$50,000 to each of the charities. On the other hand, Mr. Dennis Chen, General Manager of UBS AG Taipei, spiced up the charity sale so well that all the items for sale, including the detergent provided by our foundation, sold out very quickly. We would like to thank all our friends for their support, and we will stay determined to overcome all the challenges ahead!
